Maria's Challenge - A week on slimming world - Day Three
Day Three
Challenging day today, very busy at work so feeling a little highly strung, have to strike a balance between wanting to binge eat as feeling stressed and being so busy I don't eat anything and then I will realise and just eat some rubbish. Also after work was on my own for a while which is another danger point and if the binge bug gets me I could eat everything in sight, however, although I maxed my syns I have stuck to the plan for the third day running.

I had a glass of water before leaving the house and then breakfast was at my desk.
Banana (free) and apple and clementine (both speed), with a Danone Light and Free Peach and Passion Fruit yoghurt (free).
Followed by a black coffee with a Nature Valley Popcorn salted caramel, almond and pretzel bar (4 syns).
Lunch
Needed a quick lunch today, so a bag of free and speed microwave veg, 3 minutes in the microwave and a pot of Naked Noodles Singapore Curry flavoured egg noodles (free) just add boiling water and stir. Usually if I have this I would fill the plate with spinach first, but forgot to pack any this morning.
Later at my desk I had a can of coke and a bag of French Fries (4.5 syns).

However, today I managed to get round and pick up only the toiletries I went in for.
When I got home to an empty house I started to think about eating stuff but I stayed strong and had half my Healthy B 1 Hi-Fi bar and a little sliced chicken (free) and passed the time by doing the household accounts while I waited for the others to get back from their day out in Nottingham bowling, eating at Bella Italia and watching Valerian at the cinema.
Was surprised how time had passed when they finally came in.

Husband Tony cooked dinner tonight.
Stir fried veg (all speed) in oyster sauce (free), with egg fried rices (free) with five spice and bean shoots (speed), topped off with some chicken cooked in .the Actifry with hoisin sauce added for the last few minutes (1.5 syns for my portion).
It was delicious juicy chicken and crunchy veg.
Finally coffee time had the other half of my Healthy B and a Fibre One (4 syns).
So in summary
Healthy A - didn't have one today
Healthy B - Hi-Fi bars
Syns - 14 (only saved 1 today so still on a deficit of 5 from my tandoori overspend!)
Drinks - lots of black coffee, several glasses of water and a can of diet coke
Didn't match yesterdays 15 types of fruit and vegetables but 10 is not bad either!
