Almost There!...no excuses now

Thanknkfully the kitchen is coming along nicely and there are no longer any excuses for slacking off. "No tiles" is not an adequate excuse for eating beans on toast everyday, especially now the cooker is in. 7 gas rings, a fan over, a multi-function oven, a temperature controlled grill and a slow oven and a griddle ... what more could I ask for. Just waiting for the engineer to come and change the faulty grill door and everything will be perfect...and just in time for Christmas and for the annual birthday cake bake.

The blog will be back in full force now as I have been saving up lots of recipes and I have been earning lots of vouchers at work so hopefully will get some new gadgets to try out some new techniques.

I have never been that big on sauces but have a sudden urge to start making them, so I will let you if I have any success.
